Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Sea Time Charter Naples, we know plans can change — but we also hold your time slot just for you. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling terms before booking:

Cancellation Policy
• Free cancellation if made more than 7 days before your scheduled charter.
• 50% refund if cancelled at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 72 hours of the charter.

Rescheduling Policy
• You may reschedule once for free, with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Rescheduling is based on availability and must be confirmed in writing.

Weather Policy
• Charters run rain or shine.
• Only unsafe marine conditions (lightning, high winds, strong storms) may lead to a cancellation at the captain’s discretion.
• If we cancel due to unsafe weather, you may choose a free reschedule or transfer the charter to somebody if you are unavailable to use it.
• Remember — I control the boat, not the weather 😉.

How to Cancel or Reschedule
• All requests must be sent in writing by text or email.
• Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
